Information the app processes

• Shopify installation sessions, including the shop identifier and domain, authentication tokens, session expiry, and staff account details that Shopify provides for an online session.
• RTL preferences, stored as app-installation metafields in Shopify.
• Shopify subscription status and limited legacy purchase and trial records used for billing reconciliation and to prevent duplicate charges.

The app does not request access to customer, order, or product data and does not collect storefront customer information.

How information is used and stored

Shopify provides app authentication, Shopify Admin API access, and App Pricing. Installation sessions and limited billing records are stored in the application database configured by the app operator. RTL settings and storefront access entitlement are stored in Shopify app-installation metafields.

Uninstallation and deletion

When the app is uninstalled, its Shopify session is deleted and associated billing records are marked as uninstalled. The app clears the stored shop domain and pending purchase confirmation URLs, while retaining minimal shop, trial, and verified purchase records for reconciliation. When Shopify sends a shop-redaction request, the associated local billing records are deleted.
